Day 12 - Hello December meets Blogmas 2024

  

Hello and welcome

The Reindeer Days designer series paper (DSP) and Memories and More cards allows for so variations of layouts for each day.

On this page I wanted to use the designer series paper to be the focus of the card but also the background, so once again I cut the pieces of DSP into 1.5cm strips and lay the disgonally across the base.  I started with the longer strips first then using the cut-offs to fill base card.

Again, I did have to be careful of was making sure that the strips of DSP stayed in the correct order so the pattern still flowed.

I really do hope you will come back to see what else I have been making as I really would appreciate it.

Day 9 - Hello December meets Blogmas 2024

  

Welcome to day nine,

Every Christmas I am excited for the whole festive season.  For me it's not about the presents though, its the build up - the films, the planning, Christmas crafting and baking etc.

When I created this page it was another quick one as I used a 3" x 4" Reindeer Days Memories and More for the background and then fussy cut two small reindeers out to add to the page and it thought it looked really cute with them sat on the number.

I really do hope you will come back to see what else I have been making as I really would appreciate it.

Day 5 - Hello December meets Blogmas 2024

 

Hello and welcome to day five,

Today I wanted to share with you, the sixth page of my Advent Calendar.

Again I mainly used the Reindeer Days designer series paper and also cut out a group of trees from a different sheet of DSP.

Once you add the number it gave you some colour to the page other than just the different shades of green.

I know this is quite a simple page but I hope you will come back to see what else I have been making as I really would appreciate it.

Day 2 - Hello December meets Blogmas 2024

  

Hello and welcome,

Thank you taking the time to come and have a look at my lates blog post for Hello December meets Blogmas.  I am so happy to be sharing with you today day two of my advent calendar and a Christmas card that we recently created in one of my Stamp-a-Stack classes.

On the second day of Christmas, I used two Memories and More cards to create this card full of presents as today is my birthday so it seemed perfect.

It was quite a quick card to make, I fussy cut some extra presents off another Memories and More card and added them to the card using mini dimensional foam pads.

During one of my Stamp-a-Stack classes we created several Christmas cards so I chose to share this one with you today.

Again, this used more presents and would it be Christmas if we didn’t include some Festive Glimmer paper?  It worked so well with the Reindeer Days Designer Series Paper.

Why I Joined Stampin' Up! and is it something you would be interested in?

Hello

Back in November 2011 I joined Stampin' Up! as I had relocated over one hundred miles away from my home town and I knew nobody in my new location plus had a lot of spare time to get crafting.

When I first joined it was because I have fallen in love with the products, I was on a budget back then so I built up my collection over the first few years, but the one thing I loved was how every thing matched and how it worked together, allowing me to create whatever I liked and giving me really good results.
