Day 17 of Hello December meets Blogmas

On the seventeenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me... a Joy of Christmas card for thee!

Over the past week, I have been working on projects for the rest of the month's 'Hello December meets Blogmas'  posts.  I have also started working on my actual 'Hello December' album which is making great progress and I cannot wait to share this with you in the New Year.

For today's card I, could not resist showing you my favourite sheet of Designer Series Paper (DSP), for which I wanted to use a festive frame from the Christmas Classic dies.
When I decided to do 'Hello December meets Blogmas' I found it really easy to choose which stamp and dies I wanted to use do to how many options that there would be with the Christmas Classics stamps and die set .  I had also fallen in love with the lovely DSP pack and just knew the Black & White ribbon would team up with it too.

Day 17 card - I had a lightbulb moment whilst cutting numbers out, I could show the lovely DSP to create a silhouette of the number as well as a die-cut number.

I have listed the items that I used to create the Christmas card:

For tomorrow's project I will  be bringing you another six-inch card from the  Joy of Christmas suite that was a recent class project.

Day 13 of Hello December meets Blogmas

On the thirteenth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me... six-inch card of Christmas merry!

Today, I am showing you card from my recent stamp-a-stack class where we made two different six-inch cards.
When I created this card I wanted to make a frame effect so the inside could be decorated and the festive decor on the front.  I love six-inch cards as they allow for more decoration.
Day 13 card -  I allowed the DSP to be the main focus with the added detail of the Exposed Brick embossed card to house the number.

This is the list of the items that I used to create these projects:

Day 12 of Hello December meets Blogmas

On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me... more craftivities!

I am posting yesterday's post rather late but as the saying goes "better late than never" so here it is... another Beary Christmas card.

This card was fun, I loved fussy cutting the Memories and More cards and the DSP to creae this card.  I wanted to create a present on the card so I added glimmer paper to give the effect of ribbon.
Day 12 - I could not resist creating swags on the lovely DSP and with the Loose Holly & Gems embellishments it was the perfect finish.
I hope you are enjoying what I have made so far, below I have listed the items that I used to create the Beary Christmas project:

Day 9 of Hello December meets Blogmas

On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me... a shaker card of Christmas Glee!

Well today is my ninth day of 'Hello December meets Blogmas,' it truly is flying by and I am really enjoying it.  I wanted to change it up a bit, so I am showing you a card that I created for one of my Stamp-a-Stack classes.

The ladies all received a kit I created using Stampin' Up! Joy of Christmas suite from the September to December mini catalogue. I created a shaker card using a cello bag and put some of the Holly Gems and Sequins inside, the frame was a die-cut from the Christmas Classics dies and I used the Joy of Christmas Designer Series Paper (DSP).

Day 9 card is showing my favourite sheet of DSP from the Joy of Christmas DSP, I added a few stamped die-cuts to create a wreath and then added red rhinestones from the  Holly Gems and Sequins and bow to finish it off.

Below I have listed the items that I used to create these projects:

Day 8 of Hello December meets Blogmas

On the eight day of Christmas, my true love gave to me... a weekend of festive craftivities!

Welcome to my eight day of 'Hello December meets Blogmas'

Sorry this post is slightly late, but a slight cold due to vaccination took me off my feet, but I am back ready to continue.

As always there is some fussy cutting, my class ladies know how much I love fussy cutting, it just adds so much detail to the project and is so relaxing.
This time I used the Memory & More cards and envelopes along with the Memory & More cards.  I thought the presents card would make a lovely big present card, the greeting was also a card that I cut out.

Day 8 card - was created by die-cutting out a 4" x 6" ppiece of Pebbled Path cardstock and placing a piece of Basic White cardstock behind it. I stamped the branches irectly onto the background card then added the Holly Gems and Sequins.
Below is the list of products that I used in the main card:

Day 7 of Hello December meets Blogmas

Happy seventh day of 'Hello December meets Blogmas'

For today's project, I just had to fussy cut a Beary Christmas Memories & More card so I could make it into a 3D greeting card.  This was really simplistic and gave me great satisfaction once I had finished it.
In the Memories and More cards pack you get several of each card designs, so I plan to use the other cards with my scrapbooking projects and my Hello December album.

Here are the products that I used to create this card:

For Day 7 card I just had to use more of the Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I wanted to added some decoratiosn so I used the dies from the Christmas Classic suite and just added a Linen Thread bow for the finishing touch.
Tomorrow will be the eight day, I truly am enjoying this challenge, it has taken me out of my comfort zone and made me be accountable to something I have promised to do, so thank you!

Day 6 of Hello December meets Blogmas

Oh my, it's the sixth day of 'Hello December meets Blogmas'

So happy they you are reading this as I wanted to do this every day to make me start blogging on a regular basis throughtout the month of December, so what better time to actually do it, after all I have been wanting to start a Hello December since December 2013, so better late than never.

For this project, I wanted to show you another Beary Christmas Memories and More card, honestly I was surprised at how much fun I had crafting with this suite.  I used the Designer Series Paper and the cards, with a little bit of fussy cutting and just like that I created this card.
In theory, I do not associate snow with Christmas as living in the UK I cannot remember the last time that we had a white Christmas, but I do associate polar bears with Christmas thanks to the Coca Cola adverts over the years, this card just needs a little coke bottle and I would be very happy.

Here are the products that I used to create this card:
Day 6 card was so simple to create and very effective, having stamped the background and then die-cut the shapes out, it just needed and bit of ribbon and Holly Sequins and theat was it.
Of course tomorrow I will be bringing you another post with even more of the Beary Christmas cards that I have created. However, I can assure you that by the weekend I will have moved onto something else.

Day 5 of Hello December meets Blogmas

Happy fifth day of 'Hello December meets Blogmas'

I am pleased you have come to have a look at what I have to show you today.  Today I will be going for my first Christmas lunch of the year with the ladies from my shops Knit & Stitch group. What is your favourite thing to eat in a Christmas lunch? I love roast potatoes with gravy and cranberry sauce.

I will also be doing some more crafting for the upcoming blog posts as I am truly enjoying myself and I hope you are enjoying seeing them. What I love about the Memories and More cards is how versatile they really are, with the Beary Christmas cards I had great fun cutting them up, incorporating them with the co-ordinating Designer Series Paper and just making a selection of different greetings cards.
Please see below the supply list of the products used in these projects:

The card I created for Day 5 was one of my favourites, I used the Exposed Brick 3D embossing folder to create the background and topped it with a die-cut frame from the Christmas Classics dies and a heat embossed greeting from the stamp set.
Tomorrow I will be bringing you another post that I have crafted with some more of the Beary Christmas Suite by Stampin' Up!

Welcome

Can you believe it is the fourth day of  'Hello December meets Blogmas' already?
Have you been busy festive crafting? I love crafting at this time of year as it just makes me feel all jolly and happy as I watch yet another Christmas movie.

For today, I am showing you another card from the Memories and More Beary Christmas range.

As a big lover of fussy cutting, I had great fun cutting up the parcels and greeting and rearranging them on this card.

Again, I chose to use the Joyful Specialty Designer Series Paper for the Day 4 and the Christmas Classics stamp set and dies which I finished off with the Holly Gems and Sequins.

Please see below the supply list of the products used in these projects:
