I chose to do one of my favourites which I have not used in a very long time, where you create a hinged die cut.
You fold your piece of card in half and the you place the die on top of the card with the hinged just before the cutting edge.
Then this hinged card was ready to use on the card I created for my Mum who passed away five years ago on the 6th February. I attached the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper to the card base (14.85cm x 17.5cm scored at 10.5cm).
With the card closed I lined up the hinged insert after one side was embossed using the Script 3D embossing folder and attached it to the base, once this as done I was able to decorate the card and finish it off.
Well thank you for taking the time to read this post, I hope you have enjoyed looking at what I have created. It is now time for you to carry on with your Crafty Collaboration blog hop and head on over to have a look at what everyone is working on.
